Create an account on our platform and get verified first. Now you are able to post a project on our platform.
How do I hire a freelancer directly for my project?
You can simply publish your project and after that, your project will be visible to others who registered as freelancers/sellers on our platform. IF your project matches with their skills they will surely interact with your project.
Why is my project rejected?
If your project did not approve, it means you didn’t provide the information correctly about your project. If you need additional support contact us via support@jobpling.com
What if a freelancer fails to complete my project?
If the freelancer fails or you are dissatisfied with the final results, You can leave your feedback on the order completion. However, if you need to remove your order it may take additional steps to complete the order cancel process.

You pay for each milestone as it's completed, which keeps things fair and makes sure everyone's on the same page.

How do I rate and write a review for a client?
You can leave a seller rating feedback upon the order completion.
What is the Completion Rate?
Rate of the order completion, as a seller/service provider on the Jobpling platform.
How can I create an invoice for an external client?
You cannot create invoices manually for your client, We create order invoices automatically.
Who can I message?
If you are a client You can contact your service provider via chat, On the other side if you signed up as a seller/service provider on our platform you can contact your clients via chat.
How can I become a service provider?
To become a service provider register on our website as a seller.
What are the requirements to become a service provider?
You need to be verified for both sides to work on our platform.
How do I edit my Profile?
